This policy explains how Kestrel Global Group LLC ("we", "us"), operating the Alba Real Estate brand, collects and uses your personal data when you use this website and our matching service for off-plan property guidance for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are the data controller. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, this policy is written to meet the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not ask for special-category data (such as health or political views) and ask that you do not send it to us.

Kestrel Global Group LLC is based in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data is transferred outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or an approved certification such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we apply them to onward transfers to the partner we introduce you to.
We keep enquiry and consent records for as long as needed to provide the introduction and to evidence your consent, and then for a limited period to handle disputes and meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights below).
